Preparation

- Generously spoon the broccoli mixture into each chicken breast pocket, securing it by fastening toothpicks or tying with kitchen twine if necessary.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the stuffed chicken. Sprinkle paprika for a touch of color if desired. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts on a baking dish and transfer them to the preheated oven.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
Serving
- Allow the stuffed chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
