Ingredients
  

Dough and Base
  • 1 piece pre-made pizza dough Alternatively, use homemade pizza dough.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing the vegetables.
Toppings
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Choose your favorite cheese.
  • 1 cup cooked halal breakfast sausage (or turkey bacon) Can use your choice of breakfast protein.
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced Any color bell pepper works.
  • 1 small onion, diced Use sweet or regular onion.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a clean, floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced bell peppers and onions, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until soft.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pizza dough.
  2. Sprinkle the cooked halal sausage (or turkey bacon) and shredded cheese on top.
  3. Pour the whipped eggs evenly over the entire pizza.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Substitutions include different cheese or vegetables like mushrooms or spinach. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
