  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add-ins
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Frozen can be used if fresh are unavailable.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Substitutes can include semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Whisk together until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

  4. Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips, being careful not to overmix.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  2. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out with a few crumbs when done.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  2. Cut into squares and serve.
