Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Whisk together until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips, being careful not to overmix.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- A toothpick inserted in the center should come out with a few crumbs when done.
Cooling and Serving
- Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
These blondies can be topped with powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
