  • 1 cup blueberry Greek yogurt Any flavor of Greek yogurt, such as plain or vanilla, can be substituted for variation.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Make sure they are thoroughly washed and can be substituted with thawed frozen blueberries.
  • to taste Honey Optional, for drizzling.
  • to taste Granola Optional, for topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Ensure your blueberries are fresh and washed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the blueberry Greek yogurt and gently fold in the fresh blueberries with a spatula.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone mold, leaving a little room at the top.
  4. Place the tray in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop the bites out of the tray. Drizzle honey or sprinkle granola on top just before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months. Let bites sit at room temperature for about five minutes before eating for a softer texture.
