Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk, warmed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Gently fold to avoid crushing
For the Cream Cheese Glaze
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk Adjust for desired consistency

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix warmed milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
Knead the Dough
  1. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  2. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently to avoid crushing them.
Roll Out the Dough
  1. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a large rectangle (about 1/4 inch thick).
Fill the Rolls
  1. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough.
  2. Roll it tightly from the long side to form a log.
  3. Slice the log into 12 equal rolls.
Bake the Rolls
  1. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving space between each.
  2. Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Glaze
  1. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  2. Add milk until you achieve a smooth, pourable consistency.
