Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 8 oz Brie cheese Soft cheese that melts beautifully.
  • 4 oz cream cheese Adds creaminess to the filling.
  • 4 oz blueberry jam Can be substituted with other fruit jams.
For the jalapeños
  • 6 pieces fresh jalapeños Cut in half and seeded.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños: Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds carefully.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Brie cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the blueberry jam.
Baking
  1. Generously fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  2. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle fresh chives on top and serve.

Notes

Store leftover poppers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
