Preparation
- Gather your rolled oats, milk, blueberries, honey/maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- In a blender, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, blueberries, honey/maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend the mixture on high for about 30-40 seconds or until creamy and smooth.
- Taste your Blueberry Blended Oats. If desired, add more honey or maple syrup and blend briefly to mix.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings such as sliced almonds or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
For storing, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days; add a splash of milk when reheating. Freezer-friendly for up to a month.
