- Rinse the grapes under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water and granulated sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves.

- Dip each grape into the blue raspberry mixture to ensure they're evenly coated; using a toothpick can make this easier.
- Place the coated grapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes until the candy coating hardens.
