Preparation
  1. Begin by cubing the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Pat them dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
Heating the Blackstone
  1. Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high. Add olive oil and let it heat up for about 1-2 minutes.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Add the seasoned chicken to the griddle in a single layer. Allow them to cook undisturbed for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Add the Sauce
  1. Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the chicken and toss to coat completely. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken over a bed of rice or with lightly sautéed vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For perfect results, avoid overcrowding the griddle to ensure the chicken crisps nicely. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet with a splash of water or soy sauce.
