  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, husked and cleaned Use the freshest corn available.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Can substitute with flavored butter for variation.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove any silk strands. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings. Brush this mixture generously over the corn.
Cooking
  1. Place the corn on the hot griddle and grill, turning every 2-3 minutes for about 15-20 minutes, until the kernels are tender and charred.
  2. Remove the corn from the griddle and brush with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle with additional seasonings if desired.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious flavors!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat on the griddle with a bit of oil to retain texture.
