Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Wash the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the base, and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves.
- Cut each sprout in half to help them cook evenly.
Seasoning
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until nicely coated.
Cooking
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts evenly across the griddle surface.
- Cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping them occasionally for even browning.
Finishing
- Sprinkle on the grated Parmesan cheese for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, allowing it to melt.
- Remove from the griddle and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the sprouts on the griddle to maintain a crispy texture. If using frozen Brussels sprouts, note they may require a longer cooking time.
