Meat
  • 1 pound beef sausage (Halal-certified) Check local grocery store for Halal-certified options
Cooking Essentials
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Cooking Tortellini

Adding Garlic
  1. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Gently fold the cooked tortellini into the skillet with the sausage and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir until everything is well combined.
Garnishing
  1. Remove from heat and top the dish with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Serving
  1. Dish up your Blackstone Beef Sausage Tortellini while hot, and enjoy!

Notes

For added vegetables, consider adding spinach or bell peppers when sautéing the sausage. Always taste before serving to adjust seasoning as necessary. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days; for longer storage, freeze in airtight containers.
