  • 1 cup whipped cream Use dairy-free for a dairy-free option
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Topping
  • Biscoff spread For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by crushing the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-lock bag and using a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain a light and airy texture.
Assembly
  1. In your serving dishes, layer the Biscoff mixture, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  2. Crumble any leftover Biscoff cookies on top.
Chilling and Serving
  1. Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  2. Before serving, drizzle some Biscoff spread on top.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Thaw before serving. Avoid reheating.
