  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter Main flavoring ingredient
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar Adds moisture and flavor
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Base for the cookie dough
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Leavening agent
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Enhances flavor
  • 1 large egg Binding agent
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Flavor enhancer

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix together the Biscoff cookie butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and egg until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are slightly golden.
  2. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For best results, measure flour accurately. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
