Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to your wet mixture, folding gently.
- Fold in the Biscoff spread and chocolate chips (if using).
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving
- Once completely cooled, slice into squares and enjoy!

These brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze after wrapping individually. Reheat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
