Preparation
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess grease.
- In another pan or microwave, warm the tortillas slightly so they’re pliable for wrapping.
Assembly
- Spread a generous amount of special sauce over each tortilla.
- Layer with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
Cooking
- For extra warmth and a crispy exterior, grill the wraps on a pan or skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side, pressing down gently.
- Let your Big Mac Wraps rest for a minute, slice them in half, and serve.
Notes
For a complete meal, serve with baked fries, side salad, or coleslaw. Store leftovers wrapped in foil or plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
