Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 4 large flour tortillas Warmed for easy wrapping.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Provides a fresh crunch.
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles Adds tanginess to the wrap.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese For a creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac special sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Optional: sliced onion, tomato, or any favorite toppings Customize as desired.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess grease.
  2. In another pan or microwave, warm the tortillas slightly so they’re pliable for wrapping.
Assembly
  1. Spread a generous amount of special sauce over each tortilla.
  2. Layer with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
Cooking
  1. For extra warmth and a crispy exterior, grill the wraps on a pan or skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side, pressing down gently.
  2. Let your Big Mac Wraps rest for a minute, slice them in half, and serve.

Notes

For a complete meal, serve with baked fries, side salad, or coleslaw. Store leftovers wrapped in foil or plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
