Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Sauces and oils
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and slicing your vegetables. Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until coated and hot, about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the Best Ever Chinese Chicken hot over a bed of fluffy cooked rice. Enjoy!

Notes
