Preparation
- Start by washing and slicing your vegetables. Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
Cooking
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until coated and hot, about 2 minutes.
- Serve the Best Ever Chinese Chicken hot over a bed of fluffy cooked rice. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in a skillet or microwave ensuring chicken is heated through without overcooking.
