Preparation

  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggnog, and eggs until combined.
  4. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in the dried fruits and nuts, ensuring even distribution.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
