  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped Peeling is optional depending on taste preference.
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), chopped
Dressing and Seasoning
  • 1 cup creamy dressing Your favorite brand or homemade.
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all the fresh vegetables under cold running water.
  2. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it into a large salad bowl.
  3. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the lettuce.
  4. Chop the cucumber and add it to the mix.
  5. Grate the carrots and toss them in.
  6. Chop the bell pepper and add it to the salad.
  7. Drizzle your creamy dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the dressing coats all the ingredients.
  9. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for enhanced flavor.

Notes

For best results, keep the dressing separate until ready to serve, especially if there are leftovers. This salad can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
