Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) Optional for added flavor
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Toppings
  • Topping of your choice (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, etc.) Optional toppings

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy. Add olive oil and apple cider vinegar, and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir well until everything is incorporating and forms a dough-like consistency.
  5. Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each piece into a log shape and connect the ends to form a bagel. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  6. Sprinkle your preferred topping all over the bagels.
  7. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  8. Once baked, allow them to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before enjoying.

Notes

Store leftover bagels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in a toaster or warm oven.
