Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until combined.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy. Add olive oil and apple cider vinegar, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir well until everything is incorporating and forms a dough-like consistency.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each piece into a log shape and connect the ends to form a bagel. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Sprinkle your preferred topping all over the bagels.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Once baked, allow them to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
Store leftover bagels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in a toaster or warm oven.
