- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the beef tips, seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown them on all sides for about 5 minutes.
 - Reduce heat to medium-low and add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for another 3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
 - Sprinkle the flour over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine, and let it cook for about 2 minutes. Gradually add beef broth while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
 - Add the Worcestershire sauce and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, allowing the gravy to thicken.
 - Once the gravy has thickened, spoon the beef tips and gravy over a bed of mashed potatoes or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
 
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave.
