  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Skewers (either wooden or metal)
  • Vegetables for skewering (bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, etc.) Use a variety of colorful vegetables to enhance flavor.

Preparation
  1. Start by cubing your beef sirloin into uniform pieces, about 1-2 inches.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add the cubed beef and make sure it's fully coated in the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 20 minutes prior to grilling to prevent burning.
  5. Alternate threading the marinated beef with colorful vegetables on the skewer.
  6. Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning every few minutes until they reach your desired doneness.
  2. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F.
  3. Once cooked, carefully remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider marinating your beef for up to 2 hours or even overnight. Feel free to experiment with different vegetables such as zucchini, mushrooms, or even pineapple. Remember to check your grill heat and rest the skewers after cooking for juiciness.
