  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Fresh or canned diced tomatoes are fine.
  • 1 whole avocado, diced Add for creaminess.
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice of cheese.
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped Adds freshness.
  • 1 whole lime, juiced For added zest.
