Preparation
- Wash the berries under cold water and pat them dry gently with a paper towel. If using strawberries, slice them into smaller pieces.
Layering the Parfaits
- In a clear glass or bowl, start with a layer of yogurt at the bottom – about a half cup should do.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of granola over the yogurt, adding the perfect crunch.
- Follow with a layer of mixed berries, using a combination to maximize flavor and visual appeal.
- Continue layering with more yogurt, then granola, and finish off with another layer of berries.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top for added sweetness.
- Finish with fresh mint leaves on top for a pop of color and freshness.
Serving
- Serve immediately for the best texture and taste.
Notes
While best served fresh, leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Cover to prevent granola from getting soggy. For gatherings, keep layers separate until ready to serve.
