Preparation
  1. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
  3. For extra taste, you can marinate the chicken in half of the BBQ sauce for about 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side.
  3. Flip the chicken, brush with the remaining BBQ sauce, and grill for another 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Slice the chicken and serve it hot with additional BBQ sauce on the side.

Notes

Marination is key for enhanced flavor. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness and experiment with different BBQ sauces.
