  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Cornstarch For a crispy coating
  • Vegetable Oil For frying
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise For the creamy sauce
  • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce For the signature flavor
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Adjust for spice preference
  • 8 small buns Slider Buns
  • Lettuce, Tomato, or Other Desired Toppings As needed

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into small, slider-sized pieces. Season them with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Dredge each piece of chicken in cornstarch until well coated for a crispy texture.
  3. In a large skillet, heat about ½ inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated chicken pieces. Fry them in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  2. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until well combined to create the Bang Bang sauce.
Assembly
  1. Take a slider bun, add a layer of fried chicken, drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce, and top with your choice of lettuce or tomato.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately with your favorite sides, and watch them disappear!

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken in garlic and lemon juice for added flavor. Consider baking or air frying the chicken for a lighter version. Toast slider buns lightly before assembly to avoid sogginess.
