Preparation

  3. Add the chicken pieces to the sauce, coating them evenly and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
Cooking
  1. Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
  3. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the cooked skewers for extra flavor before serving.
