Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl using a fork until they are smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well until combined.
- Add the softened butter and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Use your fingertips to blend until crumbly.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the mashed bananas evenly, then sprinkle the crumbly mixture over the top.

- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
