Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure a crispy texture.
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into fry-like sticks (about 1/2 inch thick).
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini stick into the egg mixture, allowing the excess to drip off, then roll in the bread crumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated zucchini fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, giving them some space to breathe.
- Lightly spray cooking oil on them for even browning.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving with your favorite dip.
