  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Grease a baking dish lightly or use parchment paper for easy release.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the sides are set and the center jiggles slightly.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
  7. Top your Baked Yogurt with fresh fruits or nuts, if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Baked Yogurt can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for up to a month. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator. Enjoy it cold or reheated gently in the oven at a low temperature.
