Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the plain yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, eggs, and optional ground cardamom. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 30 minutes until set with a lightly golden top.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
