Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into fry shapes, about 1/4 inch thick.
Cooking
  1. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  2. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through for even crispiness, until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Once done, remove the fries from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispy fries, soak the cut sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and dry thoroughly before oiling. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best quality.
