Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with a good amount of butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Whisk thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
- Place the slices of bread in the baking dish, slightly overlapping them. Pour half of the creamy mixture over the bread, followed by half of the sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining bread, cream mixture, and strawberries. Ensure all bread is well-soaked in the mixture.
Baking
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and crispy.
Serving
- Allow it to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
