  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 piece lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • optional Fresh herbs (such as dill or parsley) for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut four pieces of aluminum foil (about 12x12 inches each) and lay each fillet of salmon in the center.
  3. Arrange an equal amount of asparagus around each salmon fillet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper evenly. Optionally, add sliced lemon on top.
  5. Fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus, creating tightly sealed packets.
Cooking
  1. Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Carefully open the foil packs, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and enjoy your delicious meal!

Notes

If using frozen salmon fillets, make sure to adjust the cooking time. Ensure foil packs are tightly sealed to lock in moisture.
