Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well-blended.
- Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Pour the rice mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly. If using, sprinkle raisins or other toppings on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until set and lightly browned on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
