Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If using frozen tortellini, cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked tortellini, pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
Serving
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
Substitutions may include other toppings like Halal-friendly sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives. Serve right out of the oven for best taste. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
