Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half and carefully core them using a melon baller or a small scoop.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, honey, cinnamon, and fresh cranberries. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Fill each pear half generously with the cream cheese mixture using a spoon or a piping bag.
  5. Place the filled pears in a baking dish, cut side up. Drizzle some extra honey on top for added sweetness if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake the pears in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the pears are tender and the filling is melty.
Serving
  1. Allow to cool slightly, then garnish with your choice of nuts for an extra crunch. Enjoy warm!
