Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce
  • 12 oz Spaghetti Pasta, uncooked
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce, or your preferred pasta sauce
Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (plus extra for topping)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Prevents pasta from sticking
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Combine and Bake
  1. Add the cooked spaghetti into the cream cheese mixture and stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
  2. Spread the pasta mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Make sure to evenly distribute the sauce and pasta.
  3. Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese over the top for that crispy, cheesy finish.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then dig into this creamy, cheesy pasta delight!

Notes

For variations, consider using low-fat or vegan cream cheese, whole wheat or gluten-free pasta. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, microwave or cover with foil in the oven until warmed through.
