  • 1 round Brie cheese Soft cheese from France
  • 1/2 cup fig jam For sweet topping
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped For nutty crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the round of Brie cheese on a baking dish, rind on.
  3. Generously spoon the fig jam over the top of the cheese.
  4. Scatter the chopped pecans evenly over the fig jam, pressing down lightly.
  5. If using honey, drizzle it over the pecans.
Baking
  1. Bake the prepared Brie in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until warm and gooey.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
  3. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat gently in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. Avoid microwaving to maintain texture.
