Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash your ripe avocados until smooth.
- Add the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until just combined.
- Crack the eggs into the mixture and stir until the batter is smooth.
- Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool before cutting them into squares.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage. To enjoy frozen brownies, thaw in the refrigerator overnight or microwave for a few seconds.
