  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted You can customize to other nuts like almonds or pistachios.
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise Choose based on your preference.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust for desired sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice To prevent browning of apples.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Preparation
  1. Start by washing the apples under cool running water. Core and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, sprinkle the chopped apples with lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
  3. Add the halved grapes, diced celery, and toasted walnuts or pecans to the bowl.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) with honey until smooth. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and gently toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Cover and refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For additional sweetness, consider tossing in some dried cranberries or raisins. The salad can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container.
