- Start by washing the apples under cool running water. Core and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, sprinkle the chopped apples with lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
- Add the halved grapes, diced celery, and toasted walnuts or pecans to the bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) with honey until smooth. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and gently toss everything together until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes before serving.
