Ingredients
  

Biscuit Mixture
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Tear each biscuit into quarters.
  • 2 cans apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
Optional Serving
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream For serving, optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough. Tear each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the apple pie filling over the torn biscuit pieces. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and brown sugar. Drizzle the melted butter over everything and gently toss until all the biscuit pieces are coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, making sure it’s spread evenly.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm, ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

For substitutions, you can use fresh apples instead of canned filling. Keep an eye on bake time; ovens can vary! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
