Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In another bowl, toss the apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice. Spread the apple mixture evenly over the crust.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture generously over the apples.
Baking
- Place the slab pie in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow the pie to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
