Preparation

- Place your pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone, allowing it to come to room temperature.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until well coated.
Assembling and Baking
- Evenly spread the apple mixture over the pizza crust.
- In another bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until it resembles a crumbly topping.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apple layer.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are bubbling.
- Allow it to cool for about 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped nuts and with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
