Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even baking.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Stir gently and let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to smooth out creases and cut into squares, roughly six inches on each side.
- Place a spoonful of the apple filling at the center of each square, fold over to form a triangle, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Beat the egg and brush a light coat over the tops of the triangles.
Baking
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the triangles on it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.

Notes
