- Toss in the sliced Honeycrisp apples, walnuts or pecans, dried cranberries, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together using tongs to coat evenly.
- Taste the salad and adjust with more salt or pepper as needed, then toss again.
- Transfer the salad to a serving dish or serve directly from the bowl.
Notes
For crunchier apples, slice them just before serving. Adding a splash of lemon juice can help prevent browning. Salads are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
