Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water, then pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
Cooking
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on the sheet.
  2. Roast the chickpeas in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
  3. Once golden-brown and crunchy, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
