- In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
Cooking
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on the sheet.
- Roast the chickpeas in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Once golden-brown and crunchy, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
