Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk until well blended.
- Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Slowly add the water, one tablespoon at a time, stirring until the dough comes together.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and roll it to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the rolled dough into desired cracker shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown.
- Let the crackers cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, replace butter with coconut oil or use ghee for a richer flavor. Store in an airtight container and consume within a week.
