  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened Make sure butter is at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons water Add water gradually to form dough.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Slowly add the water, one tablespoon at a time, stirring until the dough comes together.
  5. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and roll it to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  6. Cut the rolled dough into desired cracker shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown.
  8. Let the crackers cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, replace butter with coconut oil or use ghee for a richer flavor. Store in an airtight container and consume within a week.
