  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup honey mustard dressing For marinating or drizzling
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese Can be substituted with other cheeses
  • 1 cup cooked turkey , cbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing the chicken
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Drizzle the honey mustard dressing over each chicken piece.
  3. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese and cbled turkey on each chicken breast.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serving
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, marinate chicken in honey mustard dressing for a few hours before cooking. Cheese choices can vary—try provolone or cheddar for a different twist. To achieve a smoky effect, consider grilling the chicken instead of sautéing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
