Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 medium zucchinis Washed and sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For a crispy finish
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash zucchinis thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
Seasoning
  1. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure each piece is evenly coated.
Add Cheese
  1. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned zucchini chips and toss again for an even coating.
Air Frying
  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Arrange zucchini rounds in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
  3. Cook zucchini chips for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Keep an eye on them towards the end to prevent over-browning.
Serving
  1. Once crispy and golden, remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dip or on their own.

Notes

For best results, slice zucchini evenly and pat dry before seasoning. Experiment with herbs like dried oregano or chili powder. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
